On the frontline of Talon Lead Service’s strategic partnership and revenue generation, Tim leads the Talon Leads Services national sales team, which has consistently outpaced the industry in growth. An auto industry veteran, Tim has been on both the brick and mortar side of the business and has been in the online automotive space for as a long as consumers have used the Internet to shop for cars.

Tim has been noted as an expert in the industry and internet marketing space for several years, due to his accomplishments. His clients have included such Fortune 500 companies as: DaimlerChrysler, FordDirect, GMBuyPower and Volkswagen.

Tim was at StoneAge/Car.com from 1999 - 2004, where he was promoted to director of business development and operations and later promoted to manager of affiliate relations. StoneAge/Car.com sold in April, 2004 for over $50 million to Autobytel, Inc. [ABTL] from the contributions of Tim and his team’s successes. Tim most recently served as the Director of Partner Relations for Dealix Corporation, which successfully sold to Cobalt Group for an undisclosed amount.

Jon Noble
Vice President – Debt Vertical


Jon Noble has spent over a decade consulting with various companies and law firms specializing in bankruptcy, mediation, debt settlement and credit restoration. He assisted these firms in developing their new business, operations and marketing strategies. In early 1998, he helped establish Harrison Financial. During their first year in business Noble created complimentary mergers and business alliances that resulted in a sales staff of over 500 agents nationwide and also created a national Bankruptcy referral database to assist those clients that needed to file as a last resort.

He also created programs that enabled existing clients to save money on everyday goods and services, allowing the consumer to put more money towards their debt settlement plan. This also created additional revenue streams and gave the ability to constantly “keep in touch” with clients that had finished their debt settlement program, allowing to offer additional products and programs for them to purchase and participate in.
In addition to bringing on other complimentary financial services to the existing client base to market to, he developed a process that enabled an existing mortgage company (the Loan Zone) to offer those qualified clients an option to tap in to existing equity and settle their debts in conjunction with funding the new loan. This process allowed for a seamless transition between the brokers, lenders, escrow and settlement divisions of the respective companies.

In 2002, Noble founded Noble Endeavors Inc. Noble Endeavors specialized in helping companies develop and grow their existing business by identifying new potential sales to existing clients as well as developing new avenues for additional customers.

Debt settlement/internet lead generation vertical – With Noble's understanding of the back end process and the sales floor experience, he was able to take some of the top internet marketing companies and re-tooled the lead generation creative and protocol that not only generated more leads but also generated more sales for the back end buyer.

Prior to that, he worked in the security industry helping establish top security firms in Southern California. He has taught courses in Executive and Resources Protection at several local colleges. He served in the U.S. Air Force Special Operations/Counter-Terrorism Division, stationed in Europe for several years. Jon designed security systems for nuclear weapon storage facilities and established procedures for the protection of Foreign Dignitaries as well as U.S. heads of State. He is credited with bringing the U.S. National Nights out for Crime Prevention to Europe and was on of the top security personnel during the first INF treaty between the United States and the U.S.S.R. Jon has studied criminal justice at the University of Michigan, State University of New York in Plattsburgh and the University of Louisville.
